Before publication, refunds should be clear.

Contact [email protected] or use the refund link in your payment provider receipt as soon as possible. If irreversible publication has not started and your page has not been delivered, we will approve the refund.

If payment is captured but we decline the content before publication, cannot provide the purchased digital publication service, or cannot fix an unreasonable delay caused by us, we will work with you to replace the service or approve a refund through the payment provider.

Once irreversible Bitcoin publication has started or succeeded, the service has been materially performed and network costs may already have been spent. Refunds after that point are generally not available, except where required by law, payment-provider terms, payment-network rules, or a material service failure.

For purchases processed by a payment provider, use the support or refund link in your receipt, or email [email protected] with your order details. Approved refunds are processed by the payment provider where possible to the same payment method and are subject to the provider's processing rules and timing.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights. If local law gives you non-waivable cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or warranty rights, those rights apply.
