A few rules, so the record can stay settled.

Mementolink provides a permanent digital publication service for meaningful personal content. You compose text and, where supported, add a photograph. We prepare a public page and a Bitcoin inscription for that content. Mementolink is not a wallet, token, NFT marketplace, investment, exchange, or money transfer service.

When payment is enabled, the payment provider handles checkout, payment methods, card data, tax, invoices, receipts, chargebacks, and refund processing under its own terms. The checkout page or receipt may name the payment provider and explain its role; we provide the publication service, delivery, and product support.

By submitting content, you confirm that you have the rights and permissions to publish the text, photograph, names, dates, and any person shown. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, exploitative, impersonating, deepfake, or rights-infringing material.

You can review your content before continuing to payment. Once irreversible Bitcoin publication starts or succeeds, the record cannot be deleted or edited by Mementolink. We may hide or remove the Mementolink public page where needed, but that does not remove the Bitcoin record.

We may decline, pause, remove, refund, or restrict content or an order if it appears unlawful, unsafe, abusive, unsupported by rights or consent, likely to create payment risk, or outside the purpose of the service. Network fees, confirmation times, and third-party explorer display can vary.

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mementolink disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Mementolink does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mementolink will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the service. Mementolink’s total liability arising out of or relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law and do not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection law.
