What people can see. What stays with us.
A public page is meant to be shared. Payment details, delivery email, and private messages are not part of that publication.
The public page
The words, photos, names, dates, and details you choose to publish become part of a public page. If Bitcoin publication is completed, the inscription is public and permanent by design.
The details we keep private
We collect only what we need to run the service: your delivery email, support messages, basic technical data, order records, publication records, and security logs. Payment card data is handled by payment processors. Mementolink does not see or store full card numbers.
How those details are used
We use this information to prepare the publication, support the order, send delivery email, prevent abuse, keep the service secure, handle refunds or complaints, and meet legal, tax, accounting, or payment obligations. We do not sell personal data, share it with advertisers, or use published content to train AI models.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers where they are needed: payment processors for checkout, payment methods, tax, receipts, chargebacks, and refunds when payment is enabled; Cloudflare for hosting, DNS, security, and email routing; Resend for transactional email; and infrastructure services for storage and operations.
Retention and rights
We keep private data only as long as needed to provide the service, keep records, resolve disputes, maintain security, or meet legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it. Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict use of your personal data by emailing [email protected].
The page can be hidden. The record cannot.
You can ask us to hide or remove the Mementolink public page. We cannot delete or edit a Bitcoin record after publication. Mementolink is not intended for children to purchase directly. Privacy questions go to [email protected].
